elpa-elfeed-web software package provides Emacs Atom/RSS feed reader - web interface, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install elpa-elfeed-web
elpa-elfeed-web is installed in your system.
Make ensure the elpa-elfeed-web package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep elpa-elfeed-web *
You will get with elpa-elfeed-web package name, version, architecture and description in a table
